Hello Everyone!!

My name is Erika Pozzuoli and I am the heart behind Pure Mentality. I started using essential oils and homemade products when I was in University and was diagnosed with C-Difficile (an intestinal virus). I was no longer able to use medications and therefore relied on all-natural remedies for almost everything.

​

Since then, I have been extremely passionate about using essential oils for healing as well as teaching others about their uses and finding a way to share them in their personal lives.

​

Along with being passionate about essential oils, I am also extremely dedicated to my job as a social worker, working with people 16 years of age and older who live with a variety of mental health conditions. I have always watched as they are constantly medicated for every individual symptom and wondered how I could use my skills to help.

​

That is how Pure Mentality was born. I realized that with the pace of everyday life getting faster and more complicated, we could all use an all-natural remedy to assist with every day mental health check ins. Living with depression and anxiety myself, I have carefully developed and tested each one of these products and love them with all my heart.  I have three basic lines of products to assist people in maintaining every day positive mental health, PM for a better sleep, Half Full for Anxiety and Depression to remind everyone that when we are having a tough time, we need to see the glass as half full and Half Empty for mood evoking, which will remind us that when the glass is half empty there is a way to help fill it back up.

A portion of all of the proceeds from my products will go to fund local initiatives which support low income individuals who are experiencing mental health concerns daily. These programs could be through the distribution of samples or discounted products.

My hope is to see everyone use these products to live their lives to the fullest with less medications and more positivity.
